The location was great, at walking distance from Paseo del Prado. The room was adequate and bright with a very comfortable bed, a less-cooling AC and necessary amenities, we felt like at home.

Kind staff and bright rooms, we had a very comfortable experience. The restaurant was PLEASANT for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance of Palace of Linares. You could walk to a market and a grocery shop.

We were extremely impressed with this venue during our stay. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The street itself was particularly pleasant and enjoyable to walk along. The staff at reception were excellent, particularly at check-out, and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the soundproofing - it was so quiet we couldn't hear any noise at all from other rooms. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of food available.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.
